Sponsorship Recognition Proposal

I proposed a strategy to solicit and recognize corporate sponsors of conference events. Each tier of sponsorship opportunities (Platinum, Gold, etc.) would provide increasing levels of recognition based on the increased level of support given.

Flash Banner Mockup

Mockup requested by local advertising agency with less than one week allotted from concept to completion. Requirements included:

less than 100K file size
background music with mute capabilities
abstract background image with subtle animation
user interactivity with individual triangles to show additional content
streaming video (music volume lowers while playing)
additional links
and 3D rotation of one triangle if idle

Managing which banner ads appear each week on a website can often be confusing. I developed a desktop Flash application (deployed with Adobe AIR) so I could visualize all the banner ads currently available, filtered by type. I also created a webpage to download the application.

Calendar redesign and branded, customizable templates for medical conferences presented by Southern Medical Association (SMA). Used for more than 25 conferences and events to date. SMA has since switched to a hosted conference management platform (Avectra/Netforum).

Rotating Banner Ads

Flash application to feature banner ads that rotate. The application reads an external XML file for the text and image locations. A version of this application was displayed on both of SMA’s major websites — www.sma.org and www.smaservicesinc.com. (www.sma.org has since been redesigned)
